INGREDIENTS
1 lime wedge
A Spice Affair's Caesar Rimmer
1 oz vodka
3 oz Clamato juice
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
1-3 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 celery stick
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
1. Rim a highball glass with the juice of a lime wedge and dip it into me: your Caesar Rimmer
2. Add the vodka and clamato juice
3. Season with Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce to taste
4. Stir well and add ice cubes
5. Garnish with a celery stick
